Saverne Sauerkraut Butter
- 4oz salted butter room temperature
- ½ cup Saverne Sauerkraut strained and chopped (any flavor would work)
- ½ tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 TBS chopped chives or green onion
- In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients
- Lay out parchment paper and place butter in the center
- Fold parchment paper over butter and roll to create a log, twist ends and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Perfect for steak, pork, chicken or vegetables!
