Saverne Sauerkraut Butter


  • 4oz salted butter room temperature
  • ½ cup Saverne Sauerkraut strained and chopped (any flavor would work)
  • ½ tsp coarse black pepper
  • 1 TBS chopped chives or green onion


  • In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients
  • Lay out parchment paper and place butter in the center
  • Fold parchment paper over butter and roll to create a log, twist ends and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Perfect for steak, pork, chicken or vegetables!
